The Swiss Data Protection Act applies in particular to people in Switzerland. Applicable GDPR provisions also apply to people in the EU or EEA. Residents of US states with specific privacy laws may, where those laws apply to us, request access, correction, deletion or a copy of their data and opt out of disclosures defined by applicable law.
